So here it is. The story of the golden years. During the first couple weeks with his new found family, John was a terror. He didn’t trust these men that adopted him. Who would after what he lived through in his short life. He was beaten, starved, and ran off by people who wouldn’t help a child.
When he saw Arthur’s horse, he attempted to bolt with it. However, that plan failed miserably with one whistle from Arthur and Bo bucked John off immediately. The fall injured John and Dutch was mildly impressed for his boldness.
